WOW! There simply aren’t words for how thoroughly wonderful my experience with the EF team was. Their team worked hard to help me find the PERFECT car for a price far better than I could find anywhere online or in any other dealership. I felt singularly cared for by their team - way different than the “just a number” feel like at some other dealerships. Oh - and the process was smoother than I could have ever imagined! They were honest, kind, efficient, helpful, caring and genuinely invested in making sure I received my dream car at the best price. Unfortunately, it looks like some other reviews posted thus far have been grossly inaccurate, to say the least. Ignore those... based on my recent and extensive experience, they’re very, very wrong. The EF team was stellar and, while I am perfectly elated with my new RAV4, I will absolutely come back to them for any future car buying!
